Jack Beaton studied at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and went on to work with the Nova Scotia Housing Authority. In 1989, Jack relocated to Toronto to continue his career and has gained over 30 years of industry experience. Today, he is responsible for the leadership of Sterling Karamar Property Management’s Residential Portfolio of over 9,000 units. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, Jack is responsible for the business development and strategic planning for the Division.
Jack is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA).
