Elena is a people-focused, results-oriented senior HR professional with demonstrated successes in building human resource infrastructure and implementing strategic human resource initiatives in rapidly growing organizations.
Elena joined Sterling Karamar Property Management in 2019 with a focus on delivering senior level oversight to the Human Resource and Payroll teams during the development and implementation of new organizational policies & procedures and talent management strategies across the organization.
