Students can choose between private rooms in shared suites or fully private studio suites. All options include utilities, furnishings, and individually secured private spaces.
The building is secure, smoke free, pet free, and professionally managed, with controlled, secure access to the building, suites, and individual private rooms or studios. The building is serviced by a high-speed internet connection, and students have access to the building’s guest Wi Fi network. Video surveillance is in place in common areas to support overall building safety. Students also have access to laundry facilities on each floor, indoor locked bike storage, and an enterphone system that allows guests to be buzzed in directly from a student’s phone.
