Sebastian joined Karamar Management Corporation in 1992 and is responsible for
the company's office, industrial and retail properties. He oversees the day-to-day
operations of all commercial buildings in the portfolio. Among his varied duties,
he is responsible for Health and Safety Training, Security and Disaster Training,

assessments and administrative Policies and Procedures.
He has implemented company-wide manuals to ensure consistent
performance and quality standards in all areas of operation.
Sebastian brings a very high level of expertise and professionalism
to the organization and has significantly contributed
to the growth of Sterling Karamar Property Management.
He has obtained his RPA (Real Property Administrator)
designation from BOMI, the Builders Owners and Managers
Institute of Canada.
