Marvin Sadowski,
Executive Vice President

Marvin Sadowski, Executive Vice President of Sterling Karamar Property Management, brings a wealth of seasoning and experience to the company. He began his real estate career in 1968 as a Property Manager with Cadillac Development Corporation and progressively moved through the organization holding more senior positions. In 1983, he

joined Maysfield Property Management Inc. as a Senior Vice President and in 1987 was named Executive Vice President. In 1990, Marvin joined St. James Town Management Corporation Limited as President and remained in that capacity until joining the Sterling Karamar organization in 1995. In the fall of 2005, Marvin was honored by the rental housing industry and received a special award from the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA). He was the first-ever recipient of this prestigious award which recognized his years of service and leadership in the industry as well as his volunteer board membership in the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. In addition to Marvin's professional credentials, he is a Past President of Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care. He continues to be active in the community, with industry related agencies such as the Urban Development Institute, George Brown College and the National Research Council of Canada.
