President
Marshall Bleiweis is President of Sterling Karamar Property Management. Involved
in the property management and real estate industry for over 20 years, Marshall
began his career by specializing in real estate accounting at one of the
country's top accounting firms. Having the opportunity to join a client's
very successful development |
company, Marshall observed
an opportunity for professional and accountable property
management so, in 1989, he started his own company,
Karamar Management Corporation. Subsequently, Karamar
Management joined forces with Sterling Silver Developments
and formed Sterling Karamar Property Management,
a third party property management company. Today,
the company manages some 5 million square feet of
office, industrial, retail and residential assets.
Under Marshall's leadership, the company has been recognized
with several industry awards in both community service
and advertising excellence. As a member of
the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC),
the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) and
the Fair Rental Policy Organization (FRPO), Marshall
continues to stay abreast of current trends within the
property management industry and participates regularly
in conferences, seminars and educational courses.
