to Toronto in 1990 to continue his career in property management, joining Belmont Construction. In his early years with the company, Jack spent several years in residential building operations and was continually promoted, ultimately to Director, Residential Operations. Today, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Sterling Karamar Property Management's residential portfolio of approximately 2500 units. Jack's responsibilities include providing guidance, support and direction to property managers, assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, supervising the budgeting process, developing and implementing employee procedures, overseeing capital improvement projects, and evaluating and directing leasing activities. Jack currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) and is co-chair of their Education Committee.
